Reta is the BEST!! We had new, specific issues arise with our PC, and scheduling a remote "visit" with her was fast and easy. She called us right on time and within 20 minutes had solved our problems. We would never have figured them out on our own, and we are SO grateful for her expertise!! Thank you, Reta!_______________We want to send a HUGE "thank you" to Reta for her quick response to our call and her amazing expertise at getting our desktop PC back in optimal working order.Our PC had started to show some problems (slowing down, intermittent internet loss) that we couldn't solve on our end, so we called Onsite Logic yesterday afternoon and Reta called us the very next morning. She was able to access our device remotely and found several fixable issues (like outdated drivers). She gave us some excellent advice about our PC and how to keep it running at its best, and loaded some extremely useful software to help us do that.Reta has been our "IT Hero" on SO many occasions! She is always able to spot the problem quickly and always has a solution for it. Along the way, she teaches us what we can do to prevent further problems going forward, which is VERY helpful for cyber-challenged people like us!MANY thanks to Reta for the myriad times she's come to our rescue in the past (and, given her expertise, will continue to do so in the future). Reta is the absolute BEST!!_________________I want to thank Adam Stevens and all the folks at Onsite Logic for their fast and thorough attention to our request. We had lost track of our desktop monitoring icon, and with all the cyber-crime alerts, I was concerned that we'd lost monitoring from Onsite Logic. Adam responded right away to my email message and did verify that we were still being actively monitored (what a relief!); when I wrote back with a few more questions, he called me the next morning to discuss my concerns. We set up an appointment for a remote visit from the technician for a "health check/tune up" for our desktop PC, and I feel so much better about our cyber security!
